Irish Panda was born one evening in 2019 during a family dinner in Ormiston. The conversation turned to neurological conditions and the unique experiences of those affected. In a moment of jest while discussing schizophrenia, Mitchel exclaimed, "Irish Panda's are following me!" Initially met with confusion, the phrase soon sparked laughter as family members caught on. Later that night, Mitchel discovered the available domain name "Irish Panda" and without hesitation, along with the business name, he purchased them, officially launching Irish Panda. And so, the journey of Irish Panda began with a spontaneous moment and a stroke of luck.
